# Troubleshooting

## The Plugin UI Is Not Available

If `Full (Plugin)` cannot find the native Ease & Wizz 2 plugin, use `Full (Sliders)`.

`Full (Sliders)` still applies Dynamic easing with standard After Effects controls.

## Shared Controls Do Not Work

`Shared Controls` requires all selected properties to be on the same layer.

Use `Individual Controls` for properties on different layers.

## The Type Dropdown Does Not Affect Expolastic

`Expolastic` ignores `Type`. Adjust `Expolastic Midpoint`, `Elastic Period`, and `Elastic Amplitude` instead.

## The Expression Does Not Apply

Check that:

* The selected property supports expressions
* The property is keyframeable
* At least one valid property is selected

## The Motion Does Not Change

Check that the property has keyframes. Ease & Wizz 2 affects interpolation between keyframes, so a property with no changing keyframes may not show a visible result.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://plugin-everything.gitbook.io/plugin-everything-docs/ease-and-wizz-2/troubleshooting.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
